What is A Tub Topper®?

The Tub Topper® is a bathtub splash guard meant to provide children a place to play with their bath toys on the edge of the bathtub. You may even call it a play area or a water barrier shelf! The Tub Topper® keeps water in the bathtub instead of on the bathroom floor!

Ten suctions cups provide an extreme hold that will stick to the top and inside wall of the bathtub. The Tub Topper® hugs the bath tub edge so water can't splash, or leak, underneath the product. A lip goes down into the tub so water will pour back into the tub, not out!

The Tub Topper® extends out past the bathtub edge to give kids more area to play with their toys. It's also 3 feet in length to give a maximum zone of fun, while still allowing room to enter and exit the bathtub safely. The tall walls around the the play area act as a water barrier to keep water in the tub and off the floor.

INSTALLATION

  1. Set the Tub Topper® on the bathtub with out pushing down yet.
  2. Press the Tub Topper’s® side suction cups against the inside of the bathtub (Red) (press hard on all suction cups for a better hold).
  3. Press the product down to connect the top suction cups with the top edge of the bathtub ledge (Green) (press hard on all suctions cups for a better hold).
  4. Press hard on the corner edge of the Tub Topper® at a downward angle (Blue)
  5. Repress all areas hard for an extreme hold.

Deinstallation

  1. Take hold of the top back wall on the Tub Topper®.
  2. While holding, press in-ward toward the inside of the bath tub (this will take a little force).

Frequently asked questions

Why won't my Tub Topper® suction to my bathtub?

Sometimes, on rare occasions, the suction cups can become unsealed in the shipping process, or after years of use. Because of the design, the screws have to be tight in order for the suction cups to be sealed, and therefore hold suction. 

If you ever feel that suction power is not what it should be, do this:

Take a Phillips head screwdriver and slightly tighten the screws that go through the suction cups into the product (all 10 of them). 

*Be careful not to tighten them too tight. If you tighten them too tight, it can cause a small bump to protrude through the other side. This does not compromise the integrity of the product, but it may effect the way the product looks in apprearance.

What bath tubs is the Tub Topper® compatible with?

The Tub Topper® is not compatible with rounded bath tubs.

Can I stand on the Tub Topper®?

NO!

Do not allow children to stand, sit, kneel, lean, nor try to support any part of their body weight on the Tub Topper®. This product is not designed to hold nor support the weight of a person in any way. This could result in serious injury.
